You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information if it changes. maykad99 will not be liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the Member, including failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect bank or e-wallet details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your maykad99 account. maykad99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify maykad99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
maykad99 is required under its international gaming authority licence to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. This process requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (Malaysian identity card or passport) and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification must be completed before processing any withdrawal. Delays in providing documentation will result in corresponding delays to withdrawal processing.
maykad99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX bank transfer (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and other participating banks), and other methods as notified on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Funds originating from a bonus award are subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Members may request closure of their maykad99 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any balance remaining at closure will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method, subject to the satisfaction of applicable withdrawal conditions.

maykad99's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit maykad99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. maykad99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of maykad99's international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising between you and maykad99 in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to maykad99 customer support for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms specified by maykad99's licensing authority. Members retain the right to contact the relevant gaming authority's player dispute adjudication service where applicable.
